Be aware! This old empire company is full of lies! Dont waste your time with them! I have called old empire company manager/sales person, and after 2 days ı went to their office, called named myles before on the phone, on the phone he told me he is going to give me a brand new cascadia, but he said he sold that one, he offered used different truck in office, on the phone he promised $ 0.80 cpm, but in office he said $ 0.75 cpm, on the phone he said detention start after 1 hour, but in office he said ı have no control for detentions and he isnt helping for detention, which means you might spend hours ar dock/ yard and no money! talk with dispach manager said, on the phone manager said some bonuses after 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks, but he never mentioned about this bonuses in office, on the phone he said you will not get any layover but in office he said $120 a day! They are holding your 1 week Salary, I was hearing their rules and penalties for over 1 hour but when we start talking about payment of my service, they have been lying!
They promised brand new truck and as soon as ı arrived the office , they showed me a 2017 old junk international, this company always lie by looking at your eye, first week ı got 3 days layover for truck breakdown, ı am a strong runner driver, they promised 5000-6000 milage weekly, but instead they forcing you to take short load such as 300-500 milage load and some multiple stops, during orientation they claim no forced dispach, but in fact they are telling you, if a dispach took that load for you, you have to do it regardless of How short milage load or How many stops, these people are pure lier, do yourself a fovour and stay away From this B.S. Company. When they told me to pick up a junk truck, there is another guy whom waiting to get this junk truck in hotel for 3 days, so company might just put you on hotel and waste your time and let you go without a truck. They offering you a bonus, but they never pay that bonus to you or you never seen any bonus or expenses on your statement!
