I was driving to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center from Chapel Hill, on hwy 87, when one of your trucks (DOT #2778423, MC #924766) went flying past me as I slowed down for a yellow light ahead. Your truck ran a RED light. If the cars that were waiting to cross the highway and access the gas station had been in a hurry and accelerated when the light changed, your truck would have caused a fatal accident. This was around 9:20 or 9:30 this morning. I caught up with your truck further down the road (running the light did not save him any time!), and took a picture of the cab so I could report the driver to the police. As I do not want to end somebody's career, I would appreciate it if you would impress upon him/her that running a red light can easily result in fatalities. I work in hospital ICUs and I would be glad to share some of the most tragic cases I've seen. Families destroyed because of one bad decision by a driver.
